As the Program Lead, you will not be able to work other side jobs or support other Dapp projects regularly. If acting against this, the committee will seek a replacement at that time.
Yes - I am willing to focus all my time supporting the Shimmer Community Treasury as Program Lead for the next 12 months.
10.) As the Program Lead, you most likely will support the Shimmer Community Treasuries’ interest in the Growth Committee. This may require more time above and beyond the 40 hrs (paid hourly, of course). Are you willing to commit to this?

I use Infiota to create infographics for the ecosystem. My goal is to be an interface for the community to present complex topics in a simplified and visual way!

14.) What is your long-term vision of the Shimmer Community Treasury? How do you see the Community Treasury affecting the Shimmer & IOTA ecosystem, and what does the Shimmer & IOTA Ecosystem look to you in three years?
Our first and foremost goal should be the establishment of a fair and just basic structure and the promotion of projects that bring added value to the ecosystem in the future!
We should never put personal goals or interests above the big vision. For this to be possible we have to act neutral and fair!
In 3 years the community treasury will be one of the driving forces to make IOTA and Shimmer big and sustainable!
By promoting solutions and products the world needs now and in the decades to come.
IOTA & Shimmer should present solutions to countries with no or destroyed infrastructures. Only this kind of strategy can show the real potential of IOTA & Shimmer!
Changing an existing system is definitely too hard, but rethinking and deploying a system where there is none is easier!
