I have seen articles about IOTA 2.0.
I guess this is scam, or isnt it?

IOTA 2.0 is the new IOTA version with smart contracts and native tokens (currently running on Shimmer). It is definitly not a scam.
However, there are ongoingfake campaigns that advertise an IOTA 2.0 ICO as an ERC 20 token.
THERE ARE NO ICOs OR TOKEN SALES as it is just a network update (like Ethereum PoS)
